Electrofusion Welder
The HÜRNER Electrofusion Pressure Welder is used for electrofusion jointing pressurised HDPE pipes and fittings. Built to withstand harsh site conditions, these welders are easy to use, and have large start and stop buttons, colour coded for easy recognition. The EF welder is connected to the electrofusion fitting, which heats up, and bonds the fitting to both pipe ends, forming an integral join.

The Ritmo Turbo Pipe Scrapers are used for scraping small bore pipe to prepare it for electrofusion welding. Turbo pipe scrapers are a drill attachment, that has two functions: Firstly to scrape the end of the pipe to provide a flat, smooth surface, and secondly to scrape 0.2 mm off the surface of the poly pipe.

Squeeze Off Tools are used to limit the flow in PE pipe. Squeeze off is affected by manually turning the handle in a clockwise direction.
Hydraulic Squeeze Off Tool
Gas pipe Squeeze Off unit featuring a detachable Top beam with integrated hydraulic cylinders, an intermediate beam and a Bottom beam. As with other Hy-Ram designs, the squeeze off is carried out, the intermediate and Bottom beams are mechanically locked together and then the Top beam complete with the cylinders can be detached for use on the second, third and fourth squeeze points.

The HÜRNER CNC ECO 2.0 is a high-quality and durable, next-generation CN-controlled plastic pipe butt-welding machine that has been developed in compliance, as applicable, with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended. The design of the machine is such that with12 basic machine chassis models, pipes from O.D. 40 through to 1200mm can be jointed.
