High-Performance Materials & Advanced Engineering

For this project, we supplied 300NB XS steel pipes with Class 300 and 600 flanges, lined with a 20mm HDPE liner to enhance durability. To ensure optimal flow and structural integrity, we incorporated 3D radius bends, reduced tees, and eccentric reducers. Our workshop developed a tight lining technique, securing HDPE liners within the steel pipes and fittings—a hallmark of our advanced engineering.

Seamless Project Execution & Reliable Delivery

Beyond fabrication, we provided 3D CAD designs for all spools, ensuring precision in production. The final product was securely packaged and delivered on-site, reinforcing our reputation for quality, reliability, and engineering expertise.

Precision Fabrication & Rigorous Testing

Acu-Tech partnered with third-party certified steel fabricators to handle heavy-wall steel fabrication, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Surface treatments were applied to enhance durability, while hydrostatic pressure tests up to 107.8 bar confirmed safe operation at 98 bar. We internally managed poly fabrication and HDPE lining, conducting comprehensive NDT and a CAD simulation to verify the integrity of an HDPE-rubber lining transition spool.

  • Superior Corrosion Mitigation: The continuous, seamless HDPE lining completely isolates the steel casing from corrosive media, whether it be acidic mine water or specific chemical reagents used in processing. This internal protection ensures the structural integrity of the steel pipe is maintained indefinitely, a critical factor for high-pressure applications.

  • High Structural Integrity for Pressure: While the HDPE liner handles the internal environment, the outer steel pipe provides the necessary structural strength and pressure rating. Our capability to supply and line pipes rated to Class 300 and Class 600 flanges, and tested up to 107.8 bar hydrostatic pressure, guarantees reliability for critical infrastructure, including high-volume slurry and dewatering systems.
