UFUSE 450 Butt Welder

The UFUSE 450 butt welder is an Australian-designed machine. It is a high-performance hydraulic fusion tool for large pipeline projects. This welder can join high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) pipes. It works with pipes that have an outside diameter from 200mm to 450mm. The machine provides the clamping force and stability needed for important infrastructure.

The UFUSE 450 is useful in mining, civil water networks, and industrial waste systems. It makes precise joints that meet DVS 2207-1, ISO 21307, and POP003 standards for high and low pressure. Its strong four-jaw carriage and electro-hydraulic gear-case can handle tough Australian conditions. They also allow for careful control to create strong, reliable welds.
