RITMO EASYLIFE Butt Welder 500

The RITMO EASYLIFE 500 is a strong, high-capacity butt welder. It is designed for large HDPE and PP pipeline projects. As the biggest unit in the EASYLIFE series, it simplifies the fusion process. The butt welder 500mm uses an electronic hydraulic system to manage pressure automatically. This system helps operators keep exact pressure levels during heating, soaking, and cooling. This greatly lowers the chance of human error. This tool can weld pipes from 200 mm to 500 mm. It has a strong four-jaw carriage and a built-in data logger. This makes it essential for Australian mining and civil contractors. They need both strong welding power and detailed quality records.
