RITMO EASYLIFE Butt Welder 355

The RITMO EASYLIFE poly pipe butt welder 355mm is made for tough jobs in large HDPE and PP pipeline construction. As the top model of the Easylife range, it connects manual machines and fully automated systems. It does this by using electronically controlled hydraulic pressure management. This system makes the fusion process easier for field operators. It automatically keeps the right pressures during heating, soaking, and cooling. This helps ensure joint integrity for pipe diameters from 125 mm to 355 mm. The 355mm butt welder 355 has a built-in data logger and a strong four-jaw carriage. It offers a great mix of portability and precise performance. This makes it ideal for Australian infrastructure projects that need reliable and documented welds.
