DIXON LF110 Butt Welder

The Dixon LF110 butt welder is a small and very flexible manual fusion machine. It is designed to join HDPE and PE pipes that are 32mm to 110mm wide. The LF110 is great for narrow trench work and small plumbing or gas jobs. It uses a special “torque wrench” lever to apply exact weld pressure. This means you do not need a hydraulic power unit. This Australian-made machine is exceptionally lightweight and portable, featuring a removable two-jaw carriage and interchangeable reducing liners. The Dixon LF110 has an electric facer and a heater plate. The heater plate warms up in just 10 minutes. This machine works quickly and reliably. It also needs little maintenance, even in tight spaces.
