At Acu-Tech Piping Systems Australia, we firmly believe in the power of collaboration and proud to forge strong community partnerships that contribute to making a positive difference. This page offers an overview of our key Acu-Tech Community Alliances and the various initiatives we actively champion.
Through these robust collaborations, we aim to strengthen local communities and contribute meaningfully to causes close to our hearts. We encourage you to explore our community partnerships to learn more about our commitment to corporate social responsibility and the exceptional organisations we are proud to work alongside.
Acu-Tech is deeply committed to social responsibility through partnerships that create tangible change, and we are proud to introduce Project FNPT (First Nations Poly Training) 2025. In collaboration with Polyweld Tech Academy, this meaningful initiative is designed to create vital career pathways for First Nations peoples within the piping industry. We are actively fostering partnerships with businesses and communities across Australia to identify and support eligible candidates for fully funded Poly Welding Training at the Academy throughout 2025.
This initiative is part of our commitment to Empowering First Nations Communities by providing valuable, in-demand skills and employment opportunities. By investing in this training, Acu-Tech aims to strengthen First Nations workforce participation, contribute to industry growth, and build stronger, more inclusive communities. We believe that by creating direct, supported pathways into skilled trades, we can help bridge employment gaps and foster long-term professional success for future industry leaders.
Acu-Tech was proud to partner with Doolee in support of the Heart and Lung Research Institute WA (HRLIWA) and its critical research mission. We actively supported the Capital Limited Breaths and Beats Golf Day, held on Tuesday, 14th October 2025, by enrolling a 4-ball team in the event at the Joondalup Resort Golf Course. Our participation helped raise essential funds for HRLIWA, the only medical research facility of its kind in Western Australia dedicated to advanced heart and lung disease. This cause is particularly close to Doolee, as their Director, Francis Lee, is a heart patient whose journey is aided by the HRLIWA team.
Our contribution helps HRLIWA move closer to its goal of raising $1 million for life-saving research. We thank all partners and clients for their generosity and support, which ensures that pioneering discoveries can continue to improve and save the lives of thousands of Western Australians affected by heart and lung disease. Acu-Tech remains committed to forming meaningful alliances that support vital community and health initiatives.
Acu-Tech is proud to highlight our long-term support for Full Circle Therapies (FCT), a crucial not-for-profit Paediatric Allied Health Practice based in Kalgoorlie. FCT was originally established as the region’s only therapy centre for children with Autism, and has since expanded its mission to ensure quality therapy delivery for all children with a disability or additional needs. Our ongoing alliance reflects Acu-Tech’s commitment to investing in the wellbeing and future of children in regional communities.
Since 2021, Acu-Tech has served as the major sponsor of the annual Full Circle Therapies Charity Golf Day, held in Kalgoorlie each October. This event is vital for raising much-needed funding, with every cent raised going directly back into the centre and the community to support FCT families. We’re delighted that our support helps FCT continue to provide essential services that empower children and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families across the Kalgoorlie region.
Acu-Tech is a proud supporter of the MACA Cancer 200 Ride for Research, a significant annual 200km bike ride held every October to raise funds for cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research right here in WA. This non-competitive event fosters a strong sense of community, uniting participants of all fitness levels to ride for a cancer-free future. Our support for this initiative reflects our commitment to investing in the health and wellbeing of our broader Western Australian community.
We are incredibly proud of our employees’ dedication to this cause. In 2022, four Acu-Tech staff participated and successfully raised over $10,000, and in 2023, the team grew to nine participants. We are delighted to support our employees’ passion for giving back, recognizing that their commitment drives positive change far beyond our business.
Acu-Tech is proud to partner with the Canning Community Men’s Shed, a local not-for-profit organisation, to create truly special thank you gifts for our valued clients each year. At the end of the year, we assemble special hampers packaged in beautiful, handcrafted wooden boxes made by the Shed’s members. This collaboration is a wonderful way for Acu-Tech to invest directly back into the local community, supporting the Shed’s mission and recognising the skill and craftsmanship of its members.
Each individually created, reusable hamper box allows us to thank our customers while contributing to a meaningful local cause. By partnering with the Canning Community Men’s Shed, we support an organisation that fosters camaraderie, skills development, and wellbeing within the community.
Acu-Tech is a proud supporter of the Rapid Relief Team (RRT), an organization that delivers hope and relief to people facing emergencies across the globe. RRT provides vital support services to meet urgent needs following fires, floods, or humanitarian crises, responding as fast as possible to assist affected communities. Our alliance with RRT highlights Acu-Tech’s commitment to supporting disaster relief and humanitarian efforts both locally and internationally.
In 2018, when Australian farmers were experiencing one of the worst droughts on record, Acu-Tech demonstrated its support by raising over $10,000 for RRT’s Operation Drought Relief. Our contribution provided direct, tangible relief for both the farmers and their livestock in drought-affected areas, underscoring the positive impact that corporate collaboration can have during times of crisis.
