High-Performance Materials & Advanced Engineering
For this project, we provided 300NB XS steel pipes with Class 300 and 600 flanges. These pipes are lined with a 20mm HDPE liner for better durability. To ensure good flow and strength, we used 3D radius bends, reduced tees, and eccentric reducers. Our workshop developed a tight lining method. This method keeps HDPE liners secure inside the steel pipes and fittings. It demonstrates our strong engineering skills.
Seamless Project Execution & Reliable Delivery
We created 3D CAD designs for all spools to ensure precise production. The final product was packaged securely and delivered on-site. This reinforced our reputation for quality, reliability, and engineering skill.
Precision Fabrication & Rigorous Testing
Acu-Tech worked with certified steel fabricators for heavy-wall steel fabrication. This helps meet industry standards. We applied surface treatments to make it more durable. Hydrostatic pressure tests showed safe operation at 98 bar and up to 107.8 bar. We handled poly fabrication and HDPE lining ourselves. We also performed thorough NDT and a CAD simulation. This was to check the integrity of an HDPE-rubber lining transition spool.

Great Abrasion Resistance: The 20mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner we use serves as a protective barrier. It protects against abrasive slurries, tailings, and process water. Our poly-lined solution lasts much longer than unlined steel. It reduces wear and tear on the pipeline. This means less maintenance and lower replacement costs.
Better Corrosion Protection: The smooth HDPE lining keeps the steel casing safe. It protects against harmful substances. These include acidic mine water and some chemicals used in processing. This internal protection keeps the steel pipe strong for a long time. This is very important for high-pressure uses.
Strong Structure for Pressure: The HDPE liner manages the inside environment. The outer steel pipe gives the needed strength and pressure rating. Our capability to supply and line pipes rated to Class 300 and Class 600 flanges, and tested up to 107.8 bar hydrostatic pressure, guarantees reliability for critical infrastructure, including high-volume slurry and dewatering systems.
