Acu-Tech’s HDPE fabrication department can butt weld flanges, stubs and spigot fittings to HDPE pipe, to suit your requirements. PE pipe can be fitted with flanged ends and backing rings, meaning the pipeline can be easily installed and dismantled on-site, without using any butt-welding equipment.  

Because Acu-Tech manufactures HDPE pipe in Australia, you can benefit from our fabrication services at the same time, to avoid transporting the pipe multiple times. Acu-Tech’s HDPE fabrication team can weld stubs and backing rings, fully torqued valves or back-flow preventers (foot valves), flange adaptors, spigot fittings or manifolds onto your HDPE pipe, saving you time and money on site and reducing the risk of welding failure from contamination.

With a fully equipped plastic fabrication workshop and experienced and qualified operators, Acu-Tech Piping Systems fabricates HDPE spools and components from pipe and sheet to client specifications.
