Controlled documents may be amended by authorizing personnel through the red-lining process. Here, any amendments are to be handwritten, initialled, and dated by the authorized person. If a document seems to be lacking, an employee can ask for a change using the change request form (F003). The amendment will then be reviewed and approved according to the P001 Document Control procedure.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Australia. These laws apply to agreements made and performed in Australia. You agree that any legal action between Acu-Tech Piping Systems and you must take place in a court in Australia. You must start any claim about the Service within one year after it happens. If you do not, you cannot make the claim. Acu-Tech Piping Systems’s choice not to enforce any part of this Agreement does not mean they give up any rights. The actions between the parties and trade practices will not change any part of this Agreement. Acu-Tech Piping Systems can give its rights and duties in this Agreement to anyone at any time without telling you.
